October is for all things autumn. Pumpkins, corn mazes, and this recipe for easy caramel apples. Plus, print off this adorable Fall Bucket List which includes tons of family friendly activities. Make this fall one to remember!
Let’s just say I’ve come to terms with my fall obsession verging on the edge of insanity. I know most of the people in my life are sick of hearing me talk about the falling leaves and my love of pumpkin everything.
Chris may or may not want to murder me after every grocery shopping trip.
By the way, how many of your husbands always go grocery shopping with you? I very rarely go by myself. It’s kind of a family date for us. But, in all honesty, Chris and I are very different shoppers and he gets on my nerves. He skips aisles, only wants to buy the usual necessities and isn’t one to stand and read labels or compare products. I’m not crazy for enjoying grocery shopping and oohing and ahhing over new seasonal foods, am I?
Anyways, I think between the ungodly amount of canned pumpkin I’ve purchased (which by the way, isn’t even Pumpkin…WHAT??) and the four or five different seasonal coffee creamers in the fridge, Chris is about to put out a bounty on my head. Perhaps he was just waiting for our little Baby O to be born (post about our sweet new addition soon!).
This past shopping date ended in two bags of apples, two bags of caramels, a few more cans of pumpkin, some brown sugar, and way too many other baking goodies. And my plan is to make enough caramel apples to make Martha Stewart jealous.
I’ve been using the same caramel apple recipe for years. I’m a pretty flexible person normally and like to change up recipes, even just slightly, to see if I can make them a little bit better. But this one is perfect just the way it is! Now go share the Fall Love and scroll down to get my FREE Fall Bucket List Printable!
